Richard has a successful background in start-ups and operations turnaround in the consulting, IT and BPO industries, accumulating more than ten years experience across 18 industries, 17 business functions in eight countries. A pioneer in the Asian BPO industry with high profile Wall Street clients, he is highly respected in the industry and has delivered exceptional results for clients such as IBM, HP, Coca Cola, and Shell Exploration UK.
Mark Mackenzie - Director
Mark Mackenzie is an experienced business leader with 20 years experience in organisational transformation and performance improvement. Mark has an engineering background but has worked with industries as diverse as television production, airlines and telco’s. Mark has a keen interest in brand development and sales/marketing optimisation and contributes strongly in this area for Bamboo’s projects.
Jonathan Allwood - Director
Jonathan Allwood is an experienced Executive and Principal Consultant of S&G International Consulting, who is currently based in Malaysia, but supports the consulting practice over five (5) geographical locations. Jonathan specializes and has accumulated 15 years of experience in Change management, and re-engineering organizations, both public and private, in 11 markets across fifteen (15) industries. Jonathan’s work brings together a background in strategy formulation, process and system alignment and organizational development consulting.
